NEC OPS can communicate with the screen directly, without the need for a serial or ethernet cable. 

First please install  ”NEC_NA2 - RS232 WMI Provider” from https://www.dropbox.com/s/4w6skgf3fhpejsg/NEC_NA2%20-%20RS232%20WMI%20Provider.zip?dl=0

and follow the below instructions:

• Find the serial port that is used internally, it's probably called USB Serial Port.

• Connect the COM port to ID 1.

• Click the Test COM x Monitor ID 1 button to verify it is working. 
• In DISE CMS, in the settings for the screen communication, select Manufacturer: NEC Model: WMI, Control Input: Internal (not COM)

• Change the settings in the screen so that OPTION POWER is "OFF" This way the PC itself is not shutdown when the screen is.
