Premium uses the screen resolution and rotation from Windows.

To set screen rotation in Windows, either

Hit Ctrl + Alt + arrow right or left on your keyboard to rotate the screen or

Right click the desktop then select Display settings.

Next select "Portrait" under Orientation.

When you start Premium again, it will start in portrait playback.
