Something happened to your Premium player and you need to reset it. 

No worries, it is not difficult to replace a player from the portal. 

Reset and get a new discovery code

There are cases where you want to start over again.

• Connect a keyboard to the player and hit Escape to quit playback. 
• The gray screen of the DISE Control Center is shown. In the top are some buttons.
  
• Click the Trashcan icon or hit F11 on the keyboard to reset.
  Say Yes to the question whether to reset the player.
• The player will retrieve a new discovery code and display it, example below.
