Instructions on how to change your password
A step-by-step guide on how to reset your password in the new CX portal
Step 1: Send a request for a new password
- In the new CX Portal there is a 'Forgot your password?' text in the login menu. Click on this and then enter the username or e-mail of your account and press the button 'Reset password'.
Step 2: Check your e-mail
- You should then get an e-mail with a link that you can press to follow.
Step 3: Choose a new password
- You then need to enter your new password twice and the password must contain:
- Then you can close the window, go back to the CX Portal login menu and login with your new password.
