Step 1: Send a request for a new password

Step 3: Choose a new password

Step 1: Send a request for a new password

Hit 'Forgot your Password?' in the login menu. Enter the username or e-mail of the account, then press 'Reset password'.

Step 2: Check your e-mail

You should get an e-mail with a link.

Step 3: Choose a new password

Enter your new password twice. The password must contain:
Close the window, go back to the CX Portal login menu and login with your new password.
