Instructions on how to change your password
A step-by-step guide on how to reset your password in the new CX portal
Step 1: Send a request for a new password
- Hit 'Forgot your Password?' in the login menu. Enter the username or e-mail of the account, then press 'Reset password'.
Step 2: Check your e-mail
- You should get an e-mail with a link.
Step 3: Choose a new password
- Enter your new password twice. The password must contain:
- Close the window, go back to the CX Portal login menu and login with your new password.
