A trigger can be used to trigger a specific playlist locally on the player. 

Admins can create a trigger in the admin menu on the CX Portal. Click the +Create trigger button and enter a name for the trigger. The trigger will then be created and get an ID, which can be triggered locally with a script. 

  1. To apply a trigger, go to channels. 
  2. Select a specific channel.
  3. Create a new scenario and change type to trigger
  4. Select a trigger that has been created
