New Features

New Audit Logs for Admins
Admins can now access audit logs to track the creation, removal, or updates of items, ensuring greater transparency and control. The logs are fully searchable and filterable for easy navigation and better oversight.

New "In Use" Filter
You can now filter channels, playlists, messages, and media by "In Use" or "Not In Use," making it easier to manage your content at a glance.

Operating Hours Permissions
A new permission is now available to restrict access to editing operating hours, providing more control over role-based access. Existing custom roles have automatically been granted this permission for a seamless transition.

JSON Export for Playback Statistics
You can now export playback statistics in JSON format, offering greater flexibility for data analysis and integrations.

Improvements

Full-Screen Preview for Messages and Displays
You can now preview messages and displays in full screen, offering a clearer and more detailed view of your content.

Updated Admin Menu
The admin menu has been relocated from the left side to the top for a more streamlined and intuitive navigation experience.

Role and Location Integration Keys
Integration keys are now generated based on the role and location level of the user creating them, rather than as brand admins. Please note that integrations can only have one role and one location level, unlike user accounts.

Form Validation
We’ve improved field validation by giving users a chance to correct their input before it's marked invalid. Only highlighting fields when clicking the save/edit button or leaving a field without focusing elsewhere.

Enhanced User List
The user list at brand level now displays all items the user has access to, based on their highest access level, providing a clearer overview of all users.

Optimized Playlist Conditions
We’ve enhanced API queries for playlist items with tag and location conditions to boost load speeds and make API queries more efficient for a smoother experience.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue causing the profile picture to not show.
• Buttons used in the "Your account is required to enroll to MFA" now has the correct styling.
• Edit, move and delete options in the folder menu now appear for users with the correct permissions.
• A delete channel prompt will no longer show when moving a playlist between scenarios.
• Date conditions now show correctly across all timezones.
• Auto-generated placeholder playlist name now updates correctly when changed.
• When creating a user the API no longer does a conflict check which can cause issues, allowing Auth0 to perform the conflict check.
