Integrations can be used to connect an external system with the CX portal API. Most commonly this is a data source of content or information for a display to show.
- Navigate to 'Admin' in the left menu:
🔎︎ - Under 'Integrations', click 'Create'.
- Add a name for the integration.
- Copy the API key.
- Renew the API key:
The integration key will be generated with the same location level and permissions as the user creating the integration key
