BrightSign recommend using the web version of BrightAuthor:connected. Installation instructions may differ for the desktop app version.

Installation

Provision the player in BrigthAuthor:connected - https://docs.brightsign.biz/player-quickstart
Install the latest or a version specific Dise Player:
Use the Partner App installation to install the latest Dise Player:
Use the App URL installation to install a version specific Dise Player:
The Dise Player ZIP file can be manually extracted to the root of the BrightSign player’s SD card.
Post-installation
A Dise pairing code will show once installation is successful.
Create a Display in the CX portal.
Orientation & Resolution Settings
Orientation and resolution settings need to be changed in the .brs file included in the Dise BrightSign ZIP file.
An example dise-player-portrait.brs file for portrait settings is included in the ZIP file.
