A location structure consists of multiple levels, some mandatory and some optional:
- World Region: An optional, customizable level that's the highest location level. Countries are added to a World Region.
- Country*: Select from a list of countries. Countries can be the highest location level or added to a World Region. Regions and Sites are added to a Country.
- Region: An optional, customizable level that's added to a Country. Sites are added to a Region.
- Site*: Search for a geographical location to autofill site details or enter details manually. Sites are added to a Country or Region. Zones are added to a Site.
- Zone: An optional, customizable level that's the lowest location level. Zones are added to a Site.
*Mandatory location
- Navigate to 'Locations' in the left menu: 🔎︎
- Create a location structure with at least one of each mandatory level.
- Add optional location levels.
World Region
- Select the brand name.
- Click 'World Region':
3. Add a name for the World Region: 🔎︎
4. Click 'Add'.
Country
Add Country to Brand
- Select the brand name.
- Click 'Country':
3. Select a Country from the drop down list: 🔎︎
4. Click 'Add'.
Add Country to World Region
- Select a World Region.
- Click 'Country':

4. Click 'Add'.
Region
- Select a Country.
- Click 'Region':
3. Add a name for the Region: 🔎︎
4. Click 'Add'.
Site
Add Site to Country
- Select a Country.
- Click 'Site':
3. Enter site information:
a. Search for a location to auto-fill site information.
b. Manually enter site information: 🔎︎
4. Click 'Add'.
Add Site to Region
- Select a Region.
- Click 'Site':

4. Click 'Add'.
Zone
- Select a Site.
- Click 'Zone':
4. Add a name for the Zone: 🔎︎
5. Click 'Add'
