Campaigns

Campaigns can be used to distribute content across multiple channels and multiple playlists and therefore multiple displays all at the same time.
Create a Campaign
- Navigate to 'Campaigns' in the left menu: 🔎︎
- Click 'Add campaign':
3. Add a name for the campaign.
4. Select the campaign type or create a new one:
- This is used as an identifier.
- Multiple campaigns can be under one type.
- Campaigns of the same type can't run during the same date range.
5. Add the conditions in which the campaign will play:
- A date range is required.
- Set additional optional conditions.
6. Change the behaviour of campaign items in playlists:
7. Click 'Add'.
Add a Distribution
A distribution is a group of channels and playlists that the campaign injects the same content into.
- Select a campaign.
- Click 'Add distribution'.
- Add a name for the distribution.
- Add one or more channels.
- Select one or more playlists from each channel:
- Landscape and portrait playlists can be managed separately within the same distribution.
- A number next to the channel indicates how many playlists are selected.
6. Drag content from the side panel into the landscape and/or the portrait banners:
7. Click the green tick to save the distribution:🔎︎
8. Add additional distributions as required.
View Campaign Items in a Playlist
Campaign items are highlighted in the connected playlists with the campaign type color. Campaign conditions are shown alongside each playlist item:
Edit a Campaign
Campaigns can be edited from the main list view:
- Click the duplicate button to copy all campaign settings, distributions and content to a new campaign:
- Click the edit button to change the main settings of a campaign:
- Delete a campaign:
- Click the name of a campaign type:
- Change the campaign type name.
- Change the campaign type color.
