Custom User Roles

Create a Custom Role

1. Navigate to 'Admin' in the left menu: 🔎︎
2. Under 'Roles', click 'Create'.
3. Enter a name for the role.
4. Bulk add permissions:
   1. 'Allow all': Add all permissions .
   2. 'Deny all': Remove all permissions.
   3. 'Preset': Duplicate a previously created role.
5. Manually select permissions under each component:
   1. 'Allow': Add all within selected component.
   2. 'Deny': Remove all within selected component.
   3. Expand the component to select individual permissions.

Component Options

Each component has a different set of permissions:

Add a Role to a User

1. Select a user.
2. Select a 'Add role':

3. Select a role.

4. Select a location. This will designate the role's level:

a. Select through the locations manually by clicking the arrow next to 'Select'.

b. Search for a location:

5. Click 'Create'.
