Control Center in Premium & Lite

Premium

The Dise Premium Control Center is the main process of the player software which manages all aspects of the player.

It manages and monitors the services, settings and outputs of the media player. When a change is made on the CX portal, the Control Center is responsible for making those changes locally on the media player.

The Control Center:

• Opens on start up.
• Automatically opens the playback.
• Runs behind the playback window.
• Can be controlled via a keyboard/mouse.

Toolbar

Certain controls are available from via the toolbar of the Control Center:

1. Press ESC to close the playback window.
2. Select an option from the toolbar:🔎︎
   1. Minimize (F8) - Temporarily minimize Dise.
   2. Pause / Resume (F9) - Start or stop the playback. Playback will automatically restart if not paused.
   3. Refresh (F10) - Re-download all content currently in the player's playlist.
   4. Clear settings (F11) - Delete all settings and reset Dise back to a pairing code.
   5. Close (F12) - Fully close Dise software including the Control Center.

System Tray

The Control Center can be accessed from the Windows system tray:🔎︎

• Pause / Resume (F9) - Start or stop the playback. Playback will automatically restart if not paused.
• Refresh (F10) - Re-download all content currently in the player's playlist.
• Clear settings (F11) - Delete all settings and reset Dise back to a pairing code.
• Close (F12) - Fully close Dise software including the Control Center.
• Settings - Output, device and proxy settings.

Lite

The Lite Control Center is an overlay used for multiple reasons:

1. View player information:
   • Player version
   • Date & time
   • Content information
   • Player name
   • Brand
   • Hardware information
2. View player log.
3. Overlay controls:
   • Clear log
   • Clear settings - Dise factory reset to clear all Dise settings and reset to pairing code.
   • Clear content cache - Manual synchronization with the CX portal.
   • Reload the Dise player.
