      Integrations can be used to connect an external system with the CX portal API. Most commonly this is a data source of content or information for a display to show.

      1. Navigate to 'Admin' in the left menu: Admin_menu🔎︎
      2. Under 'Integrations', click 'Create'.
      3. Add a name for the integration.
      4. Copy the API key.
      5. Renew the API key:

      The integration key will be generated with the same location level and permissions as the user creating the integration key
