Upload to Default Media Folder
- Navigate to 'Media' in the left menu:
🔎︎ - Drag files into the upload banner or click the upload button:
🔎︎ - Select files to upload. Upload of multiple files is supported.

🔎︎Upload to Folder
- By default media will upload to the default media folder.
- Select a sub-folder to upload to.
- Add a new folder.
- Select a shared folder:
Upload Directly to Playlist
- Navigate to a playlist.
- Drag files into the upload banner or click the upload button: 🔎︎
- Content will upload to the default media folder and be added to the selected playlist.
Global upload
Upload content to any media folder from anywhere in the Portal by clicking the upload button in the top right. Clicking it will open a new window where content can be added.
Hovering over the button will give you a tooltip for how many uploads are currently active. When there are uploads active, the CX portal can still be used and the files will continue to upload in the background.
The progress of an upload can be checked from the global upload.
Upload a Widget
Ensure the widget ZIP is packaged correctly with a manifest included.
- Navigate to 'Widgets' in the left menu:

- Widgets can be added to folders and shared folders.
