Dise AdConnect enables the integration of 3rd party advertising platforms into Dise.
Adhese is an adtech platform for managing and monetizing advertising inventory across multiple channels, including Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH). It supports both direct and programmatic advertising.
To use the AdConnect for Adhese app, you need an Adhese account with your DOOH inventory and placements configured in Adhese.
AdConnect works as follows (highly simplified):
An AdConnect “message” is published to a playlist and acts as a placeholder for one ad from Adhese. The playlist may contain other content.
Before the Player is about to play out the AdConnect placeholder, an ad request is sent from the Player to Adhese. The request includes the chosen account and slot value, which allows Adhese to identify which ad to serve.
The chosen ad is served back to the player, where it will be played out. A proof of play message is sent back to Adhese with the player ID as an parameter for easy identification.
Installing and using the app
Make sure you are all set up in Adhese. You will need your Adhese account name and slot value and a fallback media image.

Upload the zip as a template in the CMS.
Create a message from the template, fill in your Adhese account name and slot value, and publish to playlist.
You have the option of uploading a fallback media, which will be displayed when no ad is available from Adhese
Tip: AdConnect works well in combination with the Share of Voice feature in Dise!
