Create a Playlist

Fill a playlist with media and add one or more playlists to a channel to show on a display.

1. Navigate to 'Playlists' in the left menu:  🔎︎

2. Select a folder. The root folder is selected by default.

3. Click 'Create':

4. Enter a name for the playlist, select an orientation and then click create.

Fill a Playlist with Media

1. Upload media directly into the playlist or create a message from a template.

2. Choose between content in the media library, shared folders, playlists.

   1. Select the 'options' arrow to change between standard media, widgets and messages: 🔎︎

3. Search for content. Filter by folder or content orientation or both.

4. Drag one or more content items from the side panel into the playlist.

5. Preview the playlist.

6. Add conditions to content items.

7. Enable/Disable content. Disabled content won't play on a display but will remain in the playlist.

8. Click 'Save and publish':
