CX Portal V29
New Features
Redesigned Playlist View
We've completely revamped the playlist view with a cleaner UI and new condition chips for better at-a-glance information. Date conditions now clearly indicate whether they’re active, planned, or expired.
Duplicate Playlist Items
You can now filter channels, playlists, messages, and media by "In Use" or "Not In Use," making it easier to manage your content at a glance.
New Condition Filters for Playlists
You can now filter playlist items by conditions for better organization. When filters are applied, drag-and-drop is disabled, and only relevant condition types will be available as filters.
Enhanced Date Filtering
Filtering by date now includes three options: Active, Planned, and Expired. Items with more than one date condition can appear in multiple filters, giving you a clearer view of their status.
Improvements
Redesigned Buttons for a Consistent Look
We've updated the design and standardized all buttons in the portal, ensuring a uniform appearance.
Redesigned Condition Dialog
The playlist & scenario condition dialog now features a cleaner look, updated to align with our new design for a more streamlined user experience.
Faster Location Structure Loading
We've optimized performance when loading the location structure, significantly improving speed—especially for setups with 1,000+ sites.
Improved Media Search
Media search now uses full-text search instead of partial matching, resolving issues with multiple spaces in media names and enhancing the overall search experience.
Form Validation
We’ve continued to improve field validation by giving users a chance to correct their input before it's marked invalid. Only highlighting fields when clicking the save/edit button or leaving a field without focusing elsewhere.
