Status overrides are used to indicate if a display is in service or purposefully disconnected. When filtering by display statuses, any displays with an active status override will be filtered out of Normal, Warning, Error filters.
Service - Used to indicate a display in error is currently being investigated:
Disconnected - Used to indicate a display has been purposefully disconnected, for example due to a store refurbishment:
Edit a display to enable a status override, write any notes to explain the override and set an optional end date. Once the end date has passed the status override will be disabled.
