We define which devices are supported by the operating system of the media player:

Windows

Tizen 4.0 (SSSP6) & Tizen 7
BrightSign
Series 5 via BrightAuthor:connected
XC and XT are recommended devices for the best video performance including gapless playback. This performance cannot be guaranteed on lower tier models due to hardware limitations.
Linux
Ubuntu 20, 22 and 24 on Intel x64 architecture.
Linux support is on a project by project basis. Please contact your Dise Key Partner Manager for further details.
