CX Portal Release V35

  New Features

Message duration

The ability to set durations has been expanded beyond images to include messages, each of which now comes with an adjustable default duration. If a template includes its own duration field, it will override the message duration. If a message includes a video, the message will default to the full video duration.

New UK country options

Support has been added for England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland as individual country selections. The UK option remains available. When searching for a site within one of these countries, suggestions will still be drawn from across the entire UK.

Player status via WAMP

Player status now updates based on the WAMP heartbeat. If the WAMP heartbeat is lost for 5 minutes, the status changes to Warning, and after an additional 5 minutes of no heartbeat, it escalates to Error, following the same logic as standard heartbeats.

Message file types

File types defined in a template manifest are now automatically applied as filters when browsing media to add to a message. If no file type is specified, all types will be selected by default, making it faster and easier for users to find the content they need.

Duration format

Durations across the portal are now shown in HH:MM:SS format for consistency.

Report speed improvements

Generating reports using the content filter is now significantly faster, providing quicker access to the data you need.
