Operating Hours

Operating hours can be used to stop content playing outside of specified hours. The behavior will be different depending on the hardware, e.g. Dise will turn the backlight off on a SoC screen outside the set operating hours.
Enable Operating Hours
Operating hours need to be enabled on each display, the display will use any operating hours set on the display or inherit hours from the site.
- Navigate to 'Displays' in the left menu: 🔎︎
- Select a display.
- Click the clock icon under the display screenshot:
4. Toggle the slider to enable operating hours:🔎︎
5. Click 'Save'.
Site Operating Hours
By default, displays will inherit site operating hours.
- Navigate to 'Locations' in the left menu: 🔎︎
- Select a site.
- Under 'Operating hours', click on a day:
4. Add operating hours:
a. Enter the start and end times, displays will play content inside the time set.
b. Add multiple time ranges.
c. Switch content off for the entire day.
d. Apply the added times to all days:
5. Click 'Save'.
Display Operating Hours
Display operating hours override site operating hours.
- Navigate to 'Displays' in the left menu: 🔎︎
- Select a display.
- Click the clock icon under the display screenshot:
- Click the edit button next to a day: 🔎︎
- Add operating hours:
- Enter the start and end times, displays will play content inside the time set.
- Add multiple time ranges.
- Switch content off for the entire day.
- Apply the added times to all days:
