Super Search
The Super Search tool allows users to find anything in the portal, from media to a zone. Click the 🔎︎ icon at the top right side of the portal, and allows users to filter types of media and search with keywords. To exit this screen click the arrow on the right side.
In-built Guides
Our full knowledge base can be accessed from the CX Portal. Under 'My Profile' select 'Knowledge Base'. This will open the knowledge base widget:
The widget will recommend guides that are relevant to the Dise module currently selected. Select the 'Knowledge Base' tab to see all articles or search via the search bar.
The widget can be moved with the 6 dots in the top right or closed with the X.
Dashboard
See the dashboard on first log in or by clicking the Dise logo in the top left. See an overview of display statuses and recent playlist changes.
Statuses
A chart showing the total of displays in each status. Hover over a status color to view the total number of displays with this status and click on a section to view a filtered list of all the displays in that status:
Specific status bars for each service shows how many displays are in warning or error state. This can be toggled to show all states:

Operating Hours
A chart showing the total number of displays inside or outside operating hours:
Recent Playlists
A list of the most recent playlist changes. Select a name from the list to navigate directly to that playlist:

Brand Overview
See a list of channels and sites that are in a brand. Underlined links can be clicked to jump to the relevant page.
- Navigate to 'Locations' in the left menu:
🔎︎ - Select the brand name at the top of the location structure:

Change Active Role
Users with multiple roles can change between these roles. There are two methods available for changing the active role:
- Quick-change menu
🔎︎: Located in the top right next to 'My Profile'. Users can use the location picker to search and easily change brands.
- My Profile
🔎︎: Click on the username in top right, to navigate to 'My Profile'. On the profile page is a list of all user roles, switch to that role by clicking 'Select'.
Act As
The Act As function can be used by administrators to view what content a specific location has access to. Here are the steps to access it.
- Navigate to 'Locations' in the left menu:
🔎︎ - Choose a location.
- Click the 3 dots and select 'Act As':

4. A temporary role will be created, the portal will now only show content that's available to the selected location:

5. To exit, click X and the portal will return to normal.
My Profile
- Click on the username in the top right and select 'My profile'.
- Select a role under 'My roles' to switch roles.
- Edit contact details.
- Reset password.
- Download the Premium player software and CX Composer software.
- Logout:

Customizing Views
Hide columns
Easily customize the current view by showing or hiding columns. Click the three dots menu and select from the dropdown. Column preferences are saved independently for each view.

Toggling between views
Content can either be viewed in list view, gallery view or compact view. These lists can be toggled by clicking the three lines for the list view, the four squares for gallery view or four lines for the compact view.
